ABOUT
My name is Michelle Bérubé.
As a freelance graphic designer; honours graduate from Georgian College, I have gained valuable experience in designing, advertising and marketing material including brochures, logos, branding, advertisements, editorial spreads, websites, packaging and eBooks. Some of which have been used professionally, including a wordmark, posters and stickers for Nickel Rim South Mine and a logo for an anxiety/self-esteem support group at Orillia Soldiers Memorial Hospital for their outpatient paediatric clinic. Taking my skills further I created website designs and social media postings along with promotional or event designs that matched the clients expectations and outcomes.

Additionally, I have created a brochure to highlight the importance of legacy work for Hospice Simcoe. I am proficient with industry-standard design software including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Muse and Microsoft Office. Working on a range of projects has given me the skills and knowledge of branding, typography, layout and digital design, preflighting files, pre-press and the offset printing process.

I take great pride in the design work I create and always strive to deliver an effective, focused, and on-target product that fits my clients needs and goals. I am a creative, reliable, hard-working designer who can work well in a collaborative team environment or individually. I work well with clients and consider myself a strong communicator, presenter, and listener. My career goals are to continue to learn and grow as a graphic designer while utilizing my creativity, knowledge, education and communication skills to benefit my employer.
I have uploaded some of my favourite pieces that I have created to date. Please take a few moments and check out my designs.
